Our Digital Sales team operate across markets on a global scope. Together, they drive and scale our D2C and Marketplace business, combining commercial focus with data-driven execution. Digital is a key part of our future growth strategy, and the team plays a central role in accelerating sales, strengthening our direct consumer relationships, and shaping the next phase of our digital journey.
About the role
We are seeking a hands-on and data-driven Performance Marketing Lead with a doer mentality to join our growing digital sales team. In this role, you will lead our performance marketing across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads - grounded in CAC, ROAS and profitable growth. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing our performance marketing strategy with a focus on profitable growth.
The role entails both strategic and operational responsibility, where you set the overall vision for our performance channel mix while being hands-on in execution – particularly within paid search and paid social.
While the position currently does not include direct personnel responsibility, it involves close collaboration with a dotted-line Performance Marketing Specialist and local markets.
Key responsibilities:
Drive the strategy and hands on execution within performance marketing.
Plan, execute and optimize campaigns within Google Ads, Meta Ads and other lower funnel performance channels.
Make sure to evaluate and optimize profitable sales globally within our D2C channels.
Analyze data, follow up on KPIs and ensure ROI and growth.
Define channel mix strategy and how performance marketing interacts with other marketing efforts.
Evaluate opportunities within new digital channels.
Support the organization in digital matters and contribute to increased competence within performance marketing, acting as an expert and guiding the organization in the latest trends.
Who are you
You have 5-10+ years of experience within performance marketing and are confident managing and optimizing digital campaigns end to end, with a clear focus on driving digital sales. You combine a hands-on approach with strong analytical skills, using data to continuously improve performance, increase conversion and scale revenue.
Beyond day-to-day optimization, you contribute with insights that strengthen overall strategy and support sustainable growth. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where ownership, structure and commercial impact are central.
What you will bring:
5–10+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a strong focus on driving growth for D2C e-commerce brands.
Deep understanding of the full e-commerce funnel - from traffic acquisition to conversion and retention - across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, including solid knowledge of attribution and measurement. We also consider it as a big plus if you have worked with Amazon Ads.
A clear point of view on what drives high-performing ads in an e-commerce context, combined with a structured and data-led approach to testing and scaling.
Experience working with attribution models.
Strong commercial mindset with experience managing and optimizing towards key e-commerce metrics such as CAC, COS, ROAS, POAS and LTV, contribution margin and payback period.
You’re a team-oriented person who values collaboration and communicates clearly in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
