As Vitamin Well, Barebells and NOCCO continue to gain momentum in the Benelux region, we are expanding our team across sales, finance, marketing and operations to support and accelerate further growth.
We are looking for a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service.

About the role
As Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience across the Benelux region, taking ownership of customer interactions and order management from day one.
This role has an initial focus on customer service, where you will be the primary point of contact for customers and consumers across the Benelux region. You will manage customer orders across both B2B and D2C channels, ensuring smooth execution and high service levels.
Working closely with Sales, Logistics, and Finance, you will be responsible for order handling and customer inquiries, coordinating across teams to ensure seamless operations.
You will be part of a small and collaborative team where responsibilities are shared, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent customer service while developing your logistics knowledge over time. You will also collaborate closely with our Swedish HQ to align on best practices and ensure consistency across markets.
Over time, you will have the opportunity to broaden your responsibilities – for example supporting order management development, conducting stock-level analyses, and driving improvements that strengthen our customer service function.
The role is based at our Benelux headquarters in Amsterdam and reports to the Operations Manager.
In short, your responsibilities will be:
Customer service: Be the primary point of contact for customers and consumers, handle inquiries, resolve issues, manage complaints, and ensure high service satisfaction levels.
Order management: Process and manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensure correct pricing, issue invoices, maintain stock reconciliation, and secure on-time delivery.
Logistics coordination: Collaborate with 3PL providers, transport partners, and sales teams to optimize order fulfillment.
Inventory management: Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, preventing stockouts or surpluses.
Process and system alignment: Work closely with HQ to align on best practices, coordinate on improvements, and support reporting accuracy.
Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and collaboration with both local and international teams.

For this role, fluency in Dutch and English is required.
Essential skills to succeed
1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role.
Experience working with ERP or similar order management systems
Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Strong analytical ability and confidence in working with digital tools and systems.
Ability to perform at high pace while maintaining accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Fluency in Dutch and English, French is considered a plus.
