Operations Specialist, Digital Sales - Vitamin Well I NOCCO I Barebells

Our International Markets Operations team ensures that supply chain and operations run smoothly across our global subsidiaries. We provide structure, solve challenges, and drive improvements that allow our brands to deliver with speed and precision across markets. Working closely with sales, finance, and local operations, we are the hub that connects markets to HQ.

About the role
You will act as the central operations hub of our global digital sales, ensuring operations run smoothly across channels such as DTC and marketplaces. From inventory and fulfilment to systems and customer experience, you play a key role in improving how our digital sales operations perform and scale.
You combine hands-on operational work with driving improvements, contributing to scalable and structured ways of working across markets. As you grow into the role, you take increasing ownership of initiatives and improvements, working closely with local teams.
The role is based at our headquarters in central Stockholm. You report to the Head of Operations International Markets and are part of the International Markets Operations team.
This is not about keeping things running, but about improving how they run as our digital sales continues to grow, making operations more efficient, scalable, and reliable across markets.
In short, your responsibilities will be:
Inventory & Demand Planning
Support forecasting and replenishment planning for digital sales channels, monitor stock levels, and identify risks to ensure stable availability and efficient stock management.Operations & Process Optimisation
Ensure efficient end-to-end flows from order to delivery, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements in fulfilment, lead times, and operational workflows.Customer Experience & Service Support
Improve operational processes that impact customer experience, including order handling, delivery precision, returns management, and issue resolution.Campaign & Launch Readiness
Support the operational setup of campaigns and product launches by ensuring stock availability, accurate product data, and alignment between systems and markets.System & Platform Support
Provide guidance to subsidiaries in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and related tools, ensuring accurate handling of product, order, and inventory data.Inventory Closing & Data Accuracy
Support monthly and yearly inventory closing, identify discrepancies, and ensure alignment with internal processes and data accuracy across markets.Operational Follow-up & Analysis
Track and analyse operational KPIs such as stock levels, delivery precision, and fulfilment performance, identifying areas for improvement.Cross-functional Coordination
Act as a key point of contact between Digital Sales, supply chain, customer service, and finance, ensuring structured and aligned ways of working.Project Management & Business Support
Drive operational initiatives, improve processes, and support implementation of new tools and workflows across markets.

Who are you

Your background may be in operations, supply chain, demand planning, or digital operations. What matters most is your ability to learn, analyse, and improve.
Essential skills to succeed:
2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, demand planning, or similar fields
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and markets
A structured, data-driven way of working with attention to detail
Interest in operational efficiency and process improvements
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) is an advantage
Experience working with digital sales, e-commerce platforms, or related systems is a plus
Experience with AI-assisted tools for planning, analysis, or workflows is a plus
Fluency in English and ability to work in Swedish in a professional setting
