Our Digital Sales team operate across markets on a global scope. Together, they drive and scale our D2C and Marketplace business, combining commercial focus with data-driven execution. Digital is a key part of our future growth strategy, and the team plays a central role in accelerating sales, strengthening our direct consumer relationships, and shaping the next phase of our digital journey.
About the role
We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven CRM Lead with a strong doer mindset to join our growing digital sales team.
In this role, you will lead our CRM and customer lifecycle marketing across channels like email, SMS and marketing automation – with a clear focus on LTV, retention and profitable growth.
You will drive, build and continuously optimize our CRM strategy to strengthen customer relationships and create long-term value. The role combines strategy and execution – where you will set the direction while staying close to the work, especially within segmentation, automation flows and personalization.
You will not have direct reports initially, but you will work closely with our CRM Specialist and local markets.
Key responsibilities
Own both strategy and hands-on execution within CRM and lifecycle marketing
Plan, implement and optimize customer journeys across email, SMS and other owned channels
Use data, AI and automation to continuously improve segmentation, personalization and customer journeys
Drive retention and customer lifetime value across our global D2C channels
Analyze performance and customer data to track KPIs and continuously improve LTV and retention
Own and optimize key CRM automation flows such as onboarding, reactivation and loyalty
Collaborate closely with performance marketing and other teams to build a strong full-funnel approach
Evaluate and introduce new tools, channels and opportunities within CRM and customer engagement
Act as a go-to person for CRM, sharing knowledge, setting best practices and raising the bar across the organization
Who you are
You have 5–10+ years of experience within CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation, and are confident managing and optimizing customer communication end to end – with a clear focus on retention and customer lifetime value.
You combine a hands-on approach with strong analytical skills, using data to continuously improve customer journeys, increase engagement and scale revenue.
Beyond day-to-day work, you bring insights that strengthen the overall strategy and support sustainable growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where ownership, structure and commercial impact matter.
What you will bring
5–10+ years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably within D2C e-commerce
Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle – from acquisition to retention, loyalty and reactivation
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, especially Klaviyo or similar
Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization and customer data strategies, with the ability to translate insights into improved customer journeys and business performance
Experience with A/B testing, customer journey optimization and data-driven decision making, combined with a solid understanding of attribution and how CRM contributes to overall marketing performance
A strong commercial mindset, with experience working towards KPIs such as LTV, retention rate, repeat purchase rate and contribution margin
Experience with – or strong interest in – AI-driven CRM tools (e.g. predictive segmentation, personalization, automation and content generation)
A collaborative team player who communicates clearly in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
