Our global and local Marketing teams allow us, through branding, creative design and material, communications, events, and activations, to show who we are, what we care for, and why the consumers should buy our products. This includes designing and producing all kinds of content for various environments and spaces, to name a few, on social media or our web pages, for media, in stores, and outside, as well as building strong relationships with for example ambassadors, events, and other partnerships in our different markets.
About the role
Vitamin Well Group is looking for a driven and hands-on Marketing Activation Manager to lead local brand engagement for Vitamin Well, Barebells, NOCCO and NOBE Aloe Vera in Denmark. This is a key role where you’ll build strong communities, create memorable activations and ensure our brands are visible where it matters.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Marketing Activation Manager, your focus will be to create and execute a strong local activation plan per brand. We build our marketing on a loyal community and drive consumer engagement through social media and events. You’ll be leading everything from smaller activations to large-scale events, all while ensuring the brands resonates with the Danish audience.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Own and drive local brand activation plans that align with our global strategies
- Plan and execute events and brand moments – from ideation to on-site execution
- Manage product launches with a focus on strong in-market presence and brand consistency
- Collaborate with the local sales and trade marketing teams to ensure full-funnel impact
- Support and localize content creation for social media together with HQ
- Represent the brands through community engagement and relevant partnerships
- Be responsible for budgeting, planning and logistics related to marketing activations
- Work closely with the Trade Activation Manager to ensure strong visibility in retail
Your responsibilites will also include:
- Building and nurturing the Vitamin Well and NOCCO community in Denmark – identifying and managing relationships with profiles, influencers and ambassadors
- Establishing partnerships with fitness communities, event organizers and relevant lifestyle networks
- Identifying and securing relevant events and sponsorships to strengthen brand presence
- Leading all logistics and execution of local events and ensuring strong brand representation
- Working closely with the team to ensure all activities are social media-friendly and on-brand
The role as Marketing Activation role is very operational and your office will often be out in the field. Travel will be an essential part of the role, involving hands-on participation in activations, events, product launches, and community building. When not out in the field, you'll be based at our Vitamin Well office in Copenhagen, reporting to the Global Marketing team at HQ in Stockholm.

You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and have the ability to build communities, brand experiences and relevance that lasts. Social media comes naturally to you, and you understand its role in creating engagement and driving brand presence. You’re well connected within the right circles and know how to spot and activate the right profiles, partners and moments to elevate the brand.
You’ll excel in this role if you have:
- Marketing Experience: 2-3 years in brand/marketing activation, with experience in FMCG being an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Outgoing Personality: A natural ability to network and connect with people, creating lasting relationships that drive brand growth.
- Efficiency and creativity: budget smart activation and the ability to prioritize and maximize investments to impactful activations.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong Danish and English skills, with the ability to work closely with teams and partners.
- Event & Ambassador Management: Proven experience in planning and executing events to make sure they are both impactful and social media first.
- Organizational Skills: A structured approach to managing budgets, timelines, and projects while delivering measurable results.
- Willingness to Travel: Excited to attend and participate in events, activations, and community-building opportunities primarily locally.
