Our global and local Marketing teams allow us, through branding, creative design and material, communications, events, and activations, to show who we are, what we care for, and why the consumers should buy our products. This includes designing and producing all kinds of content for various environments and spaces, to name a few, on social media or our web pages, for media, in stores, and outside, as well as building strong relationships with for example ambassadors, events, and other partnerships in our different markets.

About the role

As Community Manager NOCCO, you’ll be responsible for building and developing our local network of ambassadors, creators, and partners - with a strong focus on fitness, health and performance. You’ll identify the right opportunities, activate the brand through events and collaborations, and make sure NOCCO is top of mind in the right communities.

This is a hands-on role where your energy, presence and initiative will shape NOCCO’s local impact. From athletes and creators to local heroes – you’ll be on the ground building relationships, creating brand moments, and making sure NOCCO shows up where it matters.

You’ll also collaborate with our team to support social media, product launches, and content creation – always with the goal of keeping the brand fresh, relevant and visible.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan and execute community events and ambassador activations.
• Build and manage relationships with creators, athletes, and profiles that reflect the brand.
• Grow and engage the NOCCO community in Denmark.
• Coordinate and distribute branded materials and product kits for campaigns and launches.
• Support social media by collecting content and spotting opportunities in the field.
• Stay up to date with trends in fitness, health, and lifestyle to keep the brand relevant.
• Handle logistics, product orders and delivery to profiles and partners.

This role is highly operational, and your office will often be out where things happen - at gyms, events, or activations. When not in the field, you’ll be based at our Vitamin Well office in Copenhagen. You’ll report to the Global Marketing team at HQ in Stockholm.

You’re outgoing and confident, with a natural ability to build trust and connect with people. You enjoy fast-moving environments and take initiatives. With a genuine interest in fitness and health, you know what drives the community - and how to make the brand part of it.

You work in a structured way and manage several things at once without losing focus. You’re hands-on, solution-oriented and ready to take on a role that blends creative thinking and relationship building with practical execution.

We think you’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, community building or event coordination.
• A strong network or understanding of the local fitness and sports scene.
• Good communication skills in both Danish and English.
• A self-starter attitude with a proactive and organized way of working.
• A willingness to travel regularly for events, activations and meetings.
• A valid driver’s license (Category B).
