Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

Vitamin Well continues to grow and is now looking for a Project Lead Commercial Operations to help develop our operational processes - both strategically and hands-on - at an international level. This is a role for someone who wants to combine analytical ability with practical drive in a fast-growing company within functional foods and beverages.

About the role

As Project Lead Commercial Operations, you will lead strategic and operational projects within logistics and operations - with a focus on cost efficiency, operational improvements and sustainability. You will work closely with both our team in Sweden and our international markets to improve ways of working, challenge existing processes, and identify new, smarter solutions.

The role also includes finding ways to reduce climate impact - without compromising on quality or speed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead procurement processes within logistics and related areas - from requirements specification to contract and implementation - and build strong supplier relationships
• Lead and coordinate Operations projects that improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability - both in Sweden and across our international markets
• Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen our competitive edge
• Contribute to our sustainability work by driving initiatives related to climate goals and compliance with reporting requirements
• Ensure budget follow-up and drive cost-efficiency

Who are you

We are looking for someone with a university degree in business, engineering, or a related field. You combine strong analytical and action-oriented skills with a humble mindset, and have a proven ability to break down complex challenges into concrete solutions. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy taking ownership from idea to execution.

We believe that you:

• Have approximately 1–3 years of experience leading strategic and operational projects
• Possess strong analytical skills and see opportunities where others see obstacles
• Are proactive and solution-oriented – you identify areas for improvement and ensure they’re realized
• Enjoy taking responsibility and delivering results, even in a fast-paced setting
• Are highly proficient in Excel, and preferably have experience with Power BI
• Have experience creating decision-making materials and presenting to various stakeholders
• Are fluent in both spoken and written English
