Vitamin Well Group is establishing a new subsidiary to reinforce our commitment to the Benelux region. With Vitamin Well, Barebells and NOCCO expanding in the market, we are forming a local team covering sales, finance, marketing and operations to drive that growth. This move strengthens our presence and sets us up for long-term success.

The role as Field Sales Manager – Benelux
This new role as Field Sales Manager will be central to driving our Retail and Out of home growth journey across the Benelux region. The position is based in Brussels and reports to the Managing Director Benelux.
You will take full responsibility for leading and developing a team of field sales representatives across the Netherlands and Belgium. Your mission is to deliver profitable growth, secure strong distribution, and ensure that our brands are visible and well executed in-store and in Out of Home channel. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with colleagues across marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain to make it happen.
In short your responsibilities will be:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of field sales representatives to ensure high performance and motivation.
- Drive growth by implementing structured sales strategies across retail and out of home channels.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs (sales volume, customer visits, new customer openings) to optimise performance.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and partners across the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful launches, campaigns, and execution in the field.
- Expand distribution, increase visibility, and secure strong presence in Retail and Out of Home.
- Stay ahead of competitors and adapt sales strategies to drive brand and business growth.

Who are you
You are a hands-on sales leader who knows how to get things done in the field. You lead from the front, motivate your team, and focus on execution that delivers results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where responsibility and initiative are encouraged, and you are driven by making a visible difference every day.
Essential skills to succeed
- At least 3 years proven experience in leading and developing a field sales team, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong track record in sales execution, customer development, and performance management.
- Solid understanding of Dutch and Belgian Retail and Out of home channels, category dynamics, and trade structures.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to use data and insights to drive decisions.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain.
- Fluent in English and French; Dutch is an advantage.
- A valid driver’s licence.
