Vitamin Well Group is establishing a new subsidiary to reinforce our commitment to the Benelux region. With Vitamin Well, Barebells and NOCCO expanding in the market, we are forming a local team covering sales, finance, marketing and operations to drive that growth. Key Account Management Retail in Belgium
As part of our growth journey in Belgium, we are building a new Key Account Management team based at our Brussels hub. We are looking for Key Account Managers at different levels of seniority to help us shape and drive our retail expansion.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key retail accounts. Your mission is to deliver profitable growth, secure strong distribution, and ensure that our brands are well positioned in-store. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with colleagues across marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain to make it happen.
In short your responsibilities will be:
- Drive growth by developing and executing account plans for Belgian retail.
- Lead negotiations and secure agreements that strengthen both sales and brand presence.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Translate data and market insights into opportunities for growth and activation.
- Ensure successful launches, campaigns and in-store execution together with internal teams.
- Expand distribution, increase visibility, and strengthen our shelf presence.
- Stay ahead of competitors and adapt plans to keep driving brand and business growth.

Who are you
You are a commercially driven Key Account Manager who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You understand how to build and develop customer partnerships that lead to long-term growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where responsibility and initiative are encouraged, and you are motivated by seeing clear results from your work.
We are looking to build a team, and we welcome applications from candidates with different levels of seniority:
- Senior Key Account Manager: 5+ years of proven experience in FMCG Key Account Management, with strong negotiation skills, business development expertise, and the ability to drive joint business planning with major retail accounts.
- Key Account Manager: circa 3 years of Key Account Management experience, with strong executional drive to build partnerships and deliver results.
For both roles, the following are essential:
- Solid understanding of Belgian retail, category dynamics, and trade structures.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to use data and insights to drive decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is an advantage).
