The role as Key Account Manager Out of Home – Netherlands
We are now looking for a Key Account Manager Out of Home to join our new commercial team in Amsterdam. The role reports to the Managing Director, Benelux, and will be central to setting up and growing our OOH and sports business in the Dutch market.
This is a role for someone who wants to build — creating partnerships in OOH channel, gyms, sports clubs, event arenas, where our brands belong. If you want to be part of writing the playbook rather than following one, this is the right place.
In short your responsibilities will be:
- Drive growth by developing and executing account plans for OOH and sports channels.

Lead negotiations and secure agreements that grow sales and strengthen brand presence.

Build and nurture partnerships with OOH customers, gyms and sports organisations.

Turn data and insights into opportunities for new distribution, activations and events.

Ensure strong execution of launches, campaigns and activations with internal teams.

Expand visibility and distribution across OOH and sports, from shelves to sponsorships.
- Track competitors and adapt plans to keep driving brand and business growth.

Who are you
You are a commercially driven Key Account Manager with a strong interest in OOH channel, sports and events. You know how to create partnerships that deliver results, and you thrive in a role where energy, initiative and customer interaction are key. You are motivated by growth, eager to set things up, and ready to make an impact.
Essential skills to succeed
- At least 3 years experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, preferably in OOH or sports channels.
- Proven track record in negotiations, business development and commercial planning.
- Understanding of Dutch OOH and sports landscape, customer structures and opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to use data and insights to drive growth.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, trade marketing and supply chain.
- A valid driver’s licence, and fluent in Dutch and English.
