Marketing Activation Manager Norway - Vitamin Well I Barebells

About the role
Vitamin Well Group is growing rapidly across the Nordics, and we are now looking for a hands-on and energetic Marketing Activation Manager to elevate both Vitamin Well and Barebells in the Norwegian market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on execution, coordination and being close to the action - whether at events, in-store, or out in the field.
Based in Oslo, you will work closely with the Norwegian sales and marketing teams, as well as Nordic and global brand functions. No two days will be the same, and you’ll play a vital part in bringing our brands to life across Norway.
Your key responsibilities
Brand activations & local execution
Execute engaging marketing activations that strengthen awareness for both Vitamin Well and Barebells across Norway.
Coordinate and run product launches, sampling activities and on-ground initiatives.
Adapt global and Nordic materials to the Norwegian market and ensure seamless implementation.
Secure correct brand representation at all touchpoints - from sports and lifestyle events to retail and local campaigns.
Events, partnerships & ambassadors
Plan, organize and execute events of all sizes, ensuring smooth logistics and great consumer experiences with the lens of social media.
Coordinate with event partners, ambassadors and suppliers to deliver high-quality activations.
Manage local ambassador collaborations with regular contact, support and follow-up.
Contribute to building a strong local community within sports, health and lifestyle, both online and offline.
Retail & in-store activation
Work closely with the Norwegian sales team (distributor) to execute impactful retail activations and promotions.
Coordinate POS materials, in-store visibility, sampling days and campaign logistics.
Make sure retailers receive everything they need for a strong brand presence.
Digital & social activation support
Support the Nordic social media team with local insights, content ideas and on-site material.
Capture live content from events, ambassador activities and community gatherings for our social media channels.
Project coordination & operational ownership
Manage activation budgets responsibly and efficiently.
Oversee timelines, suppliers, inventories, deliveries and event materials.
Take full ownership of practical execution—planning, preparing, setting up and being on-site when needed.
Who are you
You are a doer who loves being hands-on and out in the field. You enjoy meeting people, building relationships and representing strong lifestyle brands in a dynamic environment. You’re organized, energetic and quick to find solutions when plans change.
Your workdays will vary - from event sites to retailer visits, from logistics planning to ambassador meet-ups - and you thrive on that variety.
A genuine interest in sports, fitness or lifestyle makes this role even more exciting.
To succeed in this role, you bring
2–5 years of experience in marketing, events, field activation or similar roles.
A hands-on approach with the ability to manage several projects at once.
Strong coordination, communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with partners, events, ambassadors or retail marketing.
Fluency in Norwegian and English.
Willingness to travel within Norway and occasionally internationally.
A positive, energetic and practical mindset.
