Vitamin Well Group in the US
Vitamin Well made its debut in the US market in 2019, initially introducing NOCCO, followed by the launch of Barebells in 2020. Since then, the company has witnessed remarkable growth, with its products now widely available across the country in various gyms, gas stations, and grocery stores. Our team is characterized by its high level of engagement, agility, and a shared passion for ensuring our brands become a staple in households across the US.
The US market has rapidly emerged as having one of the most significant volume increases across our markets. In response to this success, we have developed and launched products specifically designed to meet the unique preferences and needs of the US consumer.
About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Activation Manager to join the Vitamin Well US Marketing team for Barebells. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and is based out of our Marina Del Ray office. This role is an in-office position and is required on-site 5 days a week.
This is what you can expect to be doing:
Develop and Drive Big Ideas:
- Lead concept development for brand moments, product & flavor launches, moments that spark conversation, drive relevance, and resonate deeply with our audience.
Elevate Brand Expression:
- Oversee the creative development of send-outs, packaging, gifting, and influencer moments, ensuring they feel premium, thoughtful, and aligned with the brand's DNA.
- Constantly aware of current culture to identify trends, talent, and moments that our brand should be a part of.
- Ensure all ideas ladder back to brand values, positioning, and audience passion points
- Ability to communicate and pitch with confidence & enthusiasm
- Work cross functionally with the Marketing Org to help vet creators, potential key moments, and platforms for brand alignment
Who you are:

Your role is to drive cultural relevance and help shape storytelling and campaign thinking.
You’re a consumer as much as you are a marketeer – you see, feel, and experience marketing efforts from brands daily, and think about the ‘how’s and the why’s’ – and how you’d do it even better.
You catch yourself walking slowly through the new product aisle – aware of category trends and emerging brands.
What you will need to succeed:
- 2+ years experience in a marketing, social media, brand activation, or experiential
- Experience in CPG or food and beverage preferred
- Organized, resourceful, and highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills and a proven ability to deliver on time
- Strong POV on all social channels and how brands show up across platforms
- Clear and confident communicator — verbal, written, and in presentations, including creative briefs
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong relationships across teams
- Curious, culturally aware, and tuned in to what drives relevance today
- Availability to travel domestically
