Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

Our International Markets Operations team ensures that supply chain and operations run smoothly across our global subsidiaries. We provide structure, solve challenges, and drive improvements that allow our brands to deliver with speed and precision in over 40 markets. Working closely with sales, finance, and local operations, we are the hub that connects markets to HQ.
About the role
As Operations Specialist, International Markets, you will be based at our headquarters in central Stockholm and report directly to the Head of Operations International Markets. The role combines hands-on operational support with project management, giving you responsibility for daily flows as well as the opportunity to lead initiatives that improve how we work.
You will collaborate across functions and countries, supporting subsidiaries with processes, inventory, and ERP system guidance. At the same time, you will drive cross-market projects and shape workflows that strengthen our international operations. This role gives you a broad perspective, working close to both detail and strategy in a dynamic, international environment.
This is not about keeping the wheels turning, it is about making them spin faster, smarter, and better every day.
In short your responsibilities will be:
- Secure smooth production and inventory flows by supporting forecasting, stock analysis, and risk identification.
- Drive process improvements between HQ and markets, ensuring efficient workflows and accurate financial follow-up.
- Provide ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) guidance and support, ensuring correct monthly and yearly inventory closings.
- Lead and coordinate operational initiatives that test new ways of working, improve efficiency, and strengthen our international operations.

Who are you

With a structured and analytical approach, you turn data into insights and ideas into solutions. You enjoy working across functions and countries, and you are as comfortable supporting with operational detail as you are leading projects and driving improvements.
Your background may be in supply chain, procurement, operations, or business development, what matters most is your ability to learn quickly, think analytically, and collaborate effectively.
Essential skills to succeed are:
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, project management, or operations. Alternatively, you may be a recent graduate with strong analytical and process-oriented skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and markets.
- A data-driven and structured way of working with solid analytical ability.
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and a strong ability to work in Swedish in a professional setting. Additional languages are a plus.
