We are looking for a Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team at the headquarters in Stockholm. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth production flows and reliable product availability, always with the customer at the center.

About the role

As a Supply Planner, you will focus on optimizing production processes that adapt to market dynamics, ensuring efficiency and reliability. You'll also strategically plan for seasonal peaks and promotional campaigns, adjusting supply plans to guarantee product availability and optimal inventory levels. One of the main responsibilities will be to manage stock effectively, improving turnover and efficiently utilizing warehouse space to accommodate varying market demands.

Key responsibilities include:

• Production planning: Develop production schedules aligned with forecasts to optimize resources and reduce lead times.
• Inventory management: Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs and avoiding overstock or shortages.
• Supplier management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• Order fulfillment: Work closely with production, warehousing, and logistics to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Risk management: Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Continuous improvement: Apply data-driven insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaboration: Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and teamwork.

Who are you

With a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Economics, and at least two years of experience in supply planning or supply chain within a fast-paced environment, you know how to make operations run smoothly. Your expertise covers production planning, inventory management, and supplier coordination.

With strong analytical skills and a structured approach, you thrive in optimizing complex supply chain operations. You communicate clearly and build strong relationships both internally and externally. You thrive on improving ways of working, shaping best practices, and driving continuous improvement in supply chain management.

Essential skills to succeed:

• Experience in supply planning or related supply chain roles, preferably in fast-paced industries.
• Relevant academic degree.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to change.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach.
• Proactive attitude to learning and improving processes.
