Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

From our headquarters in Stockholm, Global Sales supports and drives growth across more than 40 markets, working closely with subsidiaries, distributors and global functions. We are now recruiting an European Sales Manager Distributor Markets, based at HQ.
About the role
As European Sales Manager, Distributor Markets you will be responsible for driving growth and execution in distributor-led markets, with a focus on Nordic region and Eastern Europe. You will manage key partnerships, secure listings and sales, and ensure trade marketing delivers where it matters.
You will keep operations structured, from forecasting and planning to systematic follow-up on targets. Clear accountability and strong execution will be central to how you work. You will also contribute to structured entries into selected new markets.
The position is based at our headquarters in Stockholm and reports to the Head of Commercial Operations, Europe.
In short your responsibilities will be:
- Drive market growth: Maximise sales, portfolio performance and trade execution in existing markets, and support structured entries into selected new markets.
- Lead distributor performance: Set clear goals, run regular business reviews and ensure partners deliver against agreed targets.
- Build partnerships: Develop pragmatic, trust-based relationships with distributors, retailers and key stakeholders, balancing support with accountability.
- Secure commercial execution: Drive sell-in, distribution and rotation, promotions and activation with distributors and central marketing, ensuring investments lead to measurable results.
- Run operations with discipline: Oversee forecasting, demand planning, budgeting and reporting, using data to guide decisions and improve ways of working.

Who are you
You are a commercially driven leader with international growth experience and a clear track record of delivering results through partners. You combine structure with pragmatism and know how to set demands, follow up and turn plans into sales.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, move quickly from plan to execution and stay focused on the business where it matters most. Spreadsheets are useful, but your instinct for business is better.
Essential skills to succeed
- Experience: Extensive international exposure and experience from leading distributor operations (or other third-party partners) across markets. Coupled with a track record from senior commercial roles in FMCG or adjacent consumer goods.
- Commercial strength: Strong account management and negotiation skills, confident with listings, pricing, promotions and investment cases.
- Distributor expertise: Clear track record of setting demands, following up systematically and delivering results via partners. Thereby has a good understanding of distributor value chain.
- Data and discipline: Skilled in forecasting, performance tracking and turning insight into action.
- Ways of working: Natural networker with a structured approach. Hands-on when needed, engaging directly in commercial planning and key customer meetings.
- Style: Pragmatic, collaborative and steady under pace, thriving in international and high-growth settings.
- Practicalities: Based in Stockholm with willingness to travel extensively across Europe. Fluent in English, additional European languages are an advantage.
