With Vitamin Well, Barebells and NOCCO expanding in the market, we are forming a local team covering sales, finance, marketing and operations to drive that growth. The role as Gym Sales Representative Rotterdam
We are looking for a Gym Sales Representative Rotterdam and The Hague for Netherlands who will take ownership of how our brands NOCCO, Barebells, and Vitamin Well perform in your region. That means your presence in the market, your execution power, and your ability to spot opportunities will directly shape our growth in the fitness community in the region. The fitness channel is at the heart of everything we do and this position is vital to engaging consumers who are looking for better-for-you brands for their everyday life.
This is a a get-things-done job: build the relationships, nail the execution, and spot the opportunities that push the business forward.
Key Responsibilities include
- Deliver on monthly volume and distribution goals and achieve overall objectives and KPI’s in the market by having efficiently planned routes and intentional visits in the region.
- Manage regional distribution and sales of NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well by engaging wholesalers.
- Consistently collect and grow weekly sales orders from assigned accounts.
- Regularly visit clients and conduct follow-up visits to assess needs, manage inventory, enhance sales through upselling/cross-selling, promote trials/samples, and maintain promotion awareness.
- Cultivate strong relationships with fitness and other accounts, advising on product selections and order processes.
- Support marketing in developing awareness in your market by managing local sampling team efforts and coordinating relevant activations, events, and demos. Also during evenings and weekends.

Organisation and planning come naturally to you. You know how to manage your time, cover your territory effectively and still keep an eye on the details. You enjoy working independently but are also a strong team player who contributes to collective success.
Essential skills to succeed
- Minimum one (1) year of sales experience, ideally within gyms, FMCG, retail or account management and proven ability to manage activation events
- Based in Rotterdam, with a valid Driver’s License and fluency in Dutch and English.
- Team player with commercial acumen and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, winning culture.
- Strong local knowledge of your region and the fitness community.
- A strong personal presence: sporty, energetic, authentic – fitness is part of your lifestyle.
